It is one fee per order, not per item — a desk and a matching coffee table delivered together cost the same R300 as the desk alone. Further out, ask: put the address in the notes and we will price the trip before you commit to anything.

You get the price confirmed in writing within one working day, along with a date for the bench. Nothing is due before that written confirmation — sending a design costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.

You hear about it first, in writing, before any money moves. Material prices move and the builder prices off today’s figures, so occasionally a number shifts. If the confirmed price does not work for you, you walk away owing nothing.

Half up front, half on delivery. The first half covers materials, and we send you the merchant slips so you can see exactly what it bought. The rest is due once the piece is finished, before it is handed over. Both halves are paid by card on a Yoco link — never the full amount before a single piece of steel is cut.

Before the material is bought, yes — just say so. Once board and steel have been bought for your specific order, a change of colour, frame or size needs new material, so it becomes a new job and the original material is yours at cost, since it was bought for your build and nobody else’s.

Yes. Whoever you send gets 10% off their first order, and we pay you R200 once their piece has been delivered and paid for. There is no limit on how many people you send.

They need to mention your name when they send their design or their first message — we cannot add it once a price has been confirmed. It applies to the price of the piece rather than delivery, and does not stack with another discount. Full wording is in the terms.

Yes — two years on welds and joinery, from the day it is delivered or collected. If a weld cracks or a joint fails in normal use inside those two years, we repair it or remake the affected part at our cost, collection and return around Pretoria included. Board tops are covered against separation and delamination for the same two years indoors.

It does not cover normal wear, scratches and dents, rust from outdoor storage, or damage from moving or modifying the piece yourself. The warranty follows the piece, so it still applies if you sell it on. The full wording is in the terms.

Every order ships against a build sheet with every number on it. If what arrives does not match that sheet, we fix it or remake it, at our cost.

Usually. The builder covers the common shapes and sizes; odd angles, unusual materials and one-off requests get quoted directly. Put it in the notes, or ask first with a photo and a rough size.

It is drawn from the same dimensions that go on the build sheet, so it is accurate to the piece we will make. It is still a design aid rather than a guarantee of fit — measure the doorway, the stairs and the room yourself before you order.
